Adventure Science Center

Our TASK friends had so much fun last weekend at the Adventure Science Center in Nashville. We took all of our School Aged friends to the science center to explore all the fun activities. Some of the favorite activities of the day were the moon walk, the parachute drop and of course the massive four story playground in the middle of the museum!

I Spy Franklin

Our TASK friends loved our field trip to downtown Franklin. Their teacher Ms. Jane helped us learn all about the history of downtown Franklin. We got I Spy books and followed the stories and answered the questions in the book while learning about and exploring the city.

Splash Pad Fun

We have been having so much fun during all over our TASK field trips this summer! One of our favorites so far was to our brand new park and splash pad down here in Spring Hill.

First we went to the park...

Second we went to eat our picnic lunch...

Third we finally made it to the splash pad to cool off!!

We had such a great time playing at the park and splashing in the water! Our big kids on campus love their field trips. If you want to visit this park yourself, click here to learn more about it.

St. Patty's Day Fun in TASK

Since this week is spring break for Williamson County schools, we have all our school aged friends here all day instead of just before and after school. Its only Tuesday and they have already done some fun projects! In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day they made leprechaun traps to try and catch a sneaky leprechaun last night! To learn how to make your own leprechaun trap click here.

So proud of their traps!
This afternoon they enjoyed making a rainbow snack. We loved seeing the creativity of the kiddos come out through the different shapes and sized of their rainbows.

Break Time in TASK

On breaks in TASK the kiddos are always so excited to see their friends from different schools. Most of our kids have been through our Prek program and continue to come to TASK on school breaks and some of them to our before and after school care offered all through the school year.
Art Projects are so fun!

So creative...they made Beyblades
out of the lego pieces!

On occasion they are allowed to
bring their electronics.Of course
they all love that and get a chance
to share with their friends!

We love having our TASK friends here at AoHC. We can't wait till May when we can start our amazing summer program and have all our kiddos back!!
