TASK Bake Sale!

We did a bake sale for our community service project this month to benefit the The Well of Spring Hill.

The Well began as a food pantry in a local church in 2006. In 2009, The Well Outreach incorporated as its own entity, hoping to expand its reach to more of the community. It is now supported by the amazingly generous community in Spring Hill and surrounding areas. Numerous individuals, churches, civic organizations and businesses contribute on a regular basis to insure that no household in Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, or College Grove is without food assistance when needed.

The kids raised $80.50 towards their project. We gratefully thank all of those who contributed to our bake sale!

Groups at the Activity Zone are NOT your average school age program groups. Here, your children will be anything but bored; they will be inspired, encouraged, and given a unique opportunity to learn about our world. T.A.S.K. is happy to provide quality care for children Kindergarten through 12 years old. THE VISION: The vision of the T.A.S.K. program is to be the number one before and after school provider for school-age children in the area by providing quality education in a more intimate family environment where children can learn, explore, and succeed in the world around them. THE MISSION: Our mission in the T.A.S.K. program is to provide daily educational experiences and guidance to inspire and encourage each child to be confident, knowledgeable, responsible and productive citizens in their schools, classrooms and community.

T.A.S.K. Groups

Character Counts

Children will learn about the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship.

Community Awareness

In this group, children will look at the ways a community operates.

Creative Minds

Kids love to create! This group provides materials, lessons and encouragement for children to create!

Earth Friends

Children learn about the earth and how each of us leave our "foot print" here.

Science and Nature

With cool experiments and loads of info., kids will love exploring our world of science and nature. .

Gross Motor

Kids love to MOVE! With organized games and free play too, children will get those jitters out in no time!
